NextGen Patient Portal
You will quickly find that communicating with us via our NextGen Patient Portal is secure, hassle-free and easy! During or after office hours, you can send a non-urgent question to your provider, a request for a prescription refill or request lab results.
Once you establish yourself with our practice, you will receive a "token number", which allows you to create your login and password for your new online account. If you are not given a token number at your visit, please ask a member of our staff.
