Board Certified OBGYN in Annapolis, MD

Biography

Dr. Lubsky was born and lived in Moscow, Russia, until she was fourteen, at which time her family moved to Baltimore County, Maryland. She is fluent in Russian spoken and written language. She received her undergraduate degree from Loyola University of Maryland, and her medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. As an undergraduate, she worked at Johns Hopkins Medical Center as a medical interpreter for Russian speaking patients, helping them during appointments, procedures – pre and post operatively, as well as a social worker designee for adult day health care. While in medical school, Dr. Lubsky did extensive research on first trimester fetal echos , which led to her path to become an OB/GYN. Dr. Lubsky is the recipient of the Resident Award for Best Research, which she conducted over a period of four years, on centering group prenatal care model versus routine one-on-one prenatal care. She and her husband are enjoying parenthood with the recent birth of their first child, a baby girl. They also enjoy the arts, traveling, camping, downhill skiing, spending time with their very close-knit family and their 120 lb. Black Russian Terrier. We are pleased to have her begin her practice with Annapolis OB-GYN Associates in September 2016.
